Hiring the following:
A. Experienced, professional HVAC installers, service techs. Journeymen preferred. Salary based on proven skill, knowledge and experience.
B. Graduate of HVAC technical training school (CFC card preferred) with the ability to think, move, and learn quickly, that MAKES NO EXCUSES.
C. High School Students (Junior/Seniors) / Helpers to hire as Apprentices looking to acquire a skillset needed for a future career in the HVAC Industry with REESE'S H.V.A.C. Must be able to stay off the phone, pay attention, work and learn. Must be 16 yrs old+
Requirements for Employment:
* PROFESSIONALISM
* Proper work attire
* Own hand tools/If none-(be prepared to purchase a list of necessary tools)
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
* Ability to read architectural drawings(mechanical schedule)[A,B]
* Ability to climb ladders and work in small or concealed areas (crawlspace, attic)
* Willingness to work in high crime areas
* Willingness to work in unfavorable or extreme weather conditions.
*Ability to lift 50lb.
**Must complete a W-4 tax form -(Unless hired as a Full/Part time Reese's HVAC Employee).
